Three reasons:

• It’s just good advice in general.
• Katie and I haven’t disappeared, we’ve just been really, really quiet – a state I’m hoping to change.
• The image for the \“Mixed Bag\” topic isn’t broken, I just haven’t found the right look for it yet.

For more on reason #1, you could read The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, but only if you like wacky British science fiction humor (which I seem to).

For more on reason #2, you’ll just have to wait.

And for reason #3, I want something along the lines of a mixed bag of hard candy on its side with the content spilling out, and so far searches on images.google.com have been fruitless. If I don’t find it eventually I’ll probably just take a picture of what I want and doctor it up.
